First Call for Proposals - FE Completion of Documents

As part of Formal and Eligibility Assessment of the First Call for Proposals the Programme has started to issue Requests for Completion of Documents to the project proposals that have been found incomplete.

The Lead Beneficiaries will be sent the letters requesting completion of documents via E-mail in several batches within the following days, with clear and comprehensive instructions on the missing documents, as well as the way in which they are to be submitted and the contact persons to turn to in case of any queries.

Each project proposal will have 10 calendar days at their disposal to submit the missing documentation and/or requested clarification in one original and one identical copy to the headquarters of the Joint Secretariat in Budapest:

The potential beneficiaries are advised to check their E-mails regularly, including the spam folders and other filtering options on their E-mail accounts, taking into account that all the notifications are being sent to the address of the person named in the Application Form as the Contact Person in Project.

Please note that the FE Assessment is just one of the stages in the Assessment Procedure and that the final decision on the award of the subsidy is only made at the very end.
